Shinva Ande Healthcare Apparatus Co., Ltd a Sino-French joint venture, is located in Zibo City, Shandong Province, which is the home town of Qi civilization. It is the subsidiary company of Shandong Shinva Medical Instrument Co., Ltd (Stock code:600587)

Shinva Medical, which was founded in 1942, is the president unit of Chinese Medical Instrument Industry Association and one of the earliest manufacturers of the disposable devices in China. The Company's R&D Center is a national grade technology development center; "Shinva" brand owns the title of Chinese Well-know trademark.

Shinva Ande is the vice president unit of Medical Polymer products and has got the laboratory approval from the Chinese National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). The company has also got the certificates of ISO9001:2008, ISO13485:2003 and CE from Det Norske Veritas (DNV). The products include disposable infusion sets, disposable syringes, transfer devices, vacuum blood-collecting products, special needles etc.
